    Alexandre was so incredibly helpful and kind (and spoke English) and Fredric was so friendly and patient (with my terrible French). I am so grateful for their help! I needed an emergency tire change on Canada Day, and though it took a little while, I was happy to wait. They helped me as soon as I showed up! They were friendly, kind, and patient. Thank you so much!!!!

    worst service in my life.was told it would take 1 hour to change me tires. it took almost two hours to install my winter tires. every time i looked into the garage the mechanics were horsing around and not not working. when i enquired why it was taking so long the girl at the cash suggested that if i wasnt satisfied i can change my own tires next time. when i complained to the manager Keaven he seemed to care even less than the cashier and didnt even bother to enquire which employee was rude. I will never step foot in another canadian tire in my life.
